Rotomolding Molds

Designed for gas-heated rotational molding machines, these molds offer proven performance, broad equipment compatibility, and cost-effective production. They are widely used for tanks, containers, agricultural equipment, industrial components, and various large hollow products.

Electric-Heated Rotomolding Molds

Since 2023, ZHROTO has invested in advanced electric-heated rotomolding technology and related manufacturing capabilities. Compared with conventional gas-heated processes, electric-heated rotomolding offers more precise temperature control, zoned heating capability, and improved process management, placing higher demands on mold design and thermal conductivity performance.

Mold Development Process

We have established a complete development workflow for rotational molding molds, ensuring consistent quality and reliability for every project from design review through final delivery.

Demand Analysis

Customers may provide 2D drawings, 3D models or physical samples, upon which our technical team carries out feasibility assessment and process analysis.
Engineering Design

We conduct mold-oriented product design via 3D modeling, reverse scanning and structural optimization to guarantee stable mass production and high machining efficiency in downstream procedures.
CNC Prototyping & Aluminum Casting

Prototype samples are produced in accordance with the design scheme, followed by casting of aluminum alloy blanks, laying a solid foundation for subsequent precision machining.
Precision CNC Machining

Multiple high-precision machining centers are deployed for rough, semi-finish and finish machining to secure dimensional accuracy and structural uniformity of molds.
Assembly & Surface Treatment

Complete mold assembly, polishing, and texture processing to deliver diverse surface finishes as required by customers.
Mold Trial & Validation

Carry out mold installation, commissioning, and trial production. Key verification items include dimensional accuracy, wall thickness uniformity, surface quality, demolding performance, and cooling efficiency. Continuous optimization will be conducted based on trial results.
Inspection & Delivery

Qualified molds after final inspection will be properly protected and packaged. Shipment arrangement or mass production launch can be arranged in accordance with customer requirements.
